Polres Tulungagung Tetapkan 12 Orang Tersangka Pesilat yang Melakukan Penganiayaan

TULUNGAGUNG – Kasus penganiayaan yang melibatkan perguruan silat di wilayah Kabupaten Tulungagung masih sering terjadi, seperti yang terjadi pada tanggal 5 Januari 2023 dimana telah terjadi penganiayaan secara bersama sama dan pelaku telah diamankan di Polres Tulungagung, Polda Jatim.

Ulah dari ke 12 orang oknum perguruan silat ini hingga mengakibatkan ada satu orang warga dari perguruan yang lain mengalami luka.

Kapolres Tulungagung AKBP Eko Hartanto, SIK, MH, melalui Kasat Reskrim Polres Tulungagung AKP Agung Kurnia Putra, SIK, MH, MSi mengungkapkan, belasan pesilat tersebut melakukan penganiayaan di wilayah Kecamatan Kedungwaru, pada hari Kamis tanggal 5 Januari 2023 sekira pukul 03.00 Wib.

AKP Agung Kurnia Putra menjelaskan, belasan pesilat tersebut melakukan penganiayaan terhadap perguruan silat lain secara bersama sama di Trotoar depan Rumah masuk Jl. Pahlawan No 276, Ds. Ketanon, Kec. Kedungwaru, Kab. Tulungagung.

Adapun modusnya berawal dari rasa Fanatisme terhadap Organisasi Perguruan dan Merasa ketidak senangan dengan Konvoi yang dilakukan Perguruan Pencak Silat Lain dengan bleyer – bleye “

Para pelaku melakukan Penyerangan terhadap Konvoi perguruan Lain tersebut dengan cara melempari dengan Batu.

Kasat Reskrim Polres Tulungagung menyebut, akibat ulah oknum anggota perguruan silat ini, terdapat satu orang korban dari perguruan lain yang pada saat itu lewat mengalami luka luka

Adapun korban berinisial MAT, jenis kelamin laki laki, Tulungagung 21 September 1998, agama Islam, Karyawan Swasta, Alamat Kec. Kedungwaru, Kab. Tulungagung

Masih menurut Kasat Reskrim Polres Tulungagung AKP Agung Kurnia Putra, dari kejadian penganiayaan tersebut, anggota Resmob Macan Agung Polres Tulungagung bergerak cepat dengan meringkus para pelaku yang masih bersembunyi di halaman Belakang sebuah Masjid yang masih dekat dengan TKP.

Pelaku yang berhasil diamankan dan di proses sidik sebanyak 12 (dua belas) orang 9 (Sembilan) orang Dewasa dan 3 (tiga) di antaranya merupakan anak di bawah umur.

Adapun inisial para pelaku diantaranya RA,(22), IFU (19), MAEP (20), MBNR(20), MR (18), MA (17) dan MGS (16). Ke Tujuh tersangka tersebut merupakan warga Kedungwaru, Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Sementara inisial FDFF (20) dan DBAJ (20) merupakan warga Boyolangu Tulungagung dan ZRPP (21) warga Kecamatan Kota Tulungagung, inisial SAS(25) warga Kepatihan Tulungagung, inisial AE (17) warga Gondang Tulungagung.

Dari penangkapan para pelaku berhasil diamankan barang bukti berupa Hasil Visum Et Repertum, 11 (Sebelas) buah Kerikil, 2(Dua) buah pecahan bata merah dan 1 Buah Balok Kayu

Adapun dari belasan pesilat tersebut telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan dijerat dengan pasal 170 ayat 1 KUHP tentang pengeroyokan.

Tersangka sebanyak 9 orang laki dewasa dilakukan penahanan di Rutan Polres Tulungagung sedangkan untuk 3 orang anak anak diwajibkan untuk lapor dan kasus tetap dilanjutkan. (*)

COVID-19 is a contagious disease caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. In January 2020, the disease spread worldwide, resulting in the COVID-19 pandemic.

The symptoms of COVID‑19 can vary but often include fever,[7] fatigue, cough, breathing difficulties, loss of smell, and loss of taste.[8][9][10] Symptoms may begin one to fourteen days after exposure to the virus. At least a third of people who are infected do not develop noticeable symptoms.[11][12] Of those who develop symptoms noticeable enough to be classified as patients, most (81%) develop mild to moderate symptoms (up to mild pneumonia), while 14% develop severe symptoms (dyspnea, hypoxia, or more than 50% lung involvement on imaging), and 5% develop critical symptoms (respiratory failure, shock, or multiorgan dysfunction).[13] Older people have a higher risk of developing severe symptoms. Some complications result in death. Some people continue to experience a range of effects (long COVID) for months or years after infection, and damage to organs has been observed.[14] Multi-year studies on the long-term effects are ongoing.[15]

COVID‑19 transmission occurs when infectious particles are breathed in or come into contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth. The risk is highest when people are in close proximity, but small airborne particles containing the virus can remain suspended in the air and travel over longer distances, particularly indoors. Transmission can also occur when people touch their eyes, nose, or mouth after touching surfaces or objects that have been contaminated by the virus. People remain contagious for up to 20 days and can spread the virus even if they do not develop symptoms.[16]

Testing methods for COVID-19 to detect the virus’s nucleic acid include real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT‑PCR),[17][18] transcription-mediated amplification,[17][18][19] and reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT‑LAMP)[17][18] from a nasopharyngeal swab.[20]

Several COVID-19 vaccines have been approved and distributed in various countries, many of which have initiated mass vaccination campaigns. Other preventive measures include physical or social distancing, quarantining, ventilation of indoor spaces, use of face masks or coverings in public, covering coughs and sneezes, hand washing, and keeping unwashed hands away from the face. While drugs have been developed to inhibit the virus, the primary treatment is still symptomatic, managing the disease through supportive care, isolation, and experimental measures.
