Jumat Curhat, Kapolda Jatim Berikan Bakti Kesehatan Bhayangkara untuk Negeri

SURABAYA – Untuk menampung aspirasi masyarakat, Polda Jatim rutin menggelar pertemuan dengan warga tiap hari, terutama tiap hari Jumat yang dikemas dengan program ‘Jumat Curhat’.

Kali ini Jumat Curhat dilaksanakan di SIB (Sentra Ikan Bulak) Kelurahan Kedung Cowek, Kecamatan Bulak, Kota Surabaya.

Kapolda Jawa Timur Irjen Pol Dr Toni Harmanto,MH bersama Wakapolda Jawa Timur Brigjen Pol Slamet Hadi Supraptoyo, didampingi Pejabat Utama (PJU) Polda Jatim, menerima curhatan warga masyarakat pesisir pantai Mentari Kenjeran.

Irjen Pol Toni Harmanto, usai meninjau gerai kesehatan yang disediakan oleh Biddokkes Polda Jatim menyampaikan, Program Jumat Curhat ini adalah suatu bentuk komunikasi dari jajaran kepolisian dengan masyarakat untuk bisa menerima, menampung keluhan mereka apa saja.

“Ini suatu bentuk komunikasi kami dari jajaran kepolisian dengan masyarakat untuk bisa menerima, menampung keluhan mereka apa saja yang selanjutnya akan kami tindaklanjuti,” kata Irjen Toni, Jumat (6/1/2023).

Dalam kegiatan “Jumat Curhat” ini, Polda Jatim sekaligus juga menggelar kegiatan bakti sosial maupun bakti kesehatan bagi masyarakat.

” Disini banyak masyarakat yang berobat, kemudian menyampaikan curhatan terkait dengan tugas tugas kita,” kata Kapolda Jatim, Irjen Pol Toni Harmanto.

Untuk kegiatan “Jumat Curhat” ini lanjut Kapolda Jatim, bisa dilaksanakan di lokasi atau kawasan yang rawan kriminalitas.

Kapolda Jatim menegaskan kegiatan yang betsifat menjalin komunikasi seperti Jumat Curhat kali ini tidak hanya dilaksanakan tiap hari Jumat, melainkan, hari hari juga ada bertemu anggota dengan masyarakat.

“Seperti disampaikan Dirbinmas Kombes Pol Asep Irpan Rosadi, untuk menampung aspirasi, informasi atau apapun keluhan masyarakat, bisa dilaksanakan tiap hari,” terang Irjen Toni.

Ditambahkan oleh Kapolda Jatim,masing – masing Polres dan Polsek jajaran telah melaksanakannya dengan kegiatan sambang warga melalui fungsi Bhabinkamtibmas di wilayah masing – masing.

“Ada Kapolres dan Kapolsek, dan yang paling sering adalah Bhabinkantibmas, tentunya kita akan konsentrasikan di tempat tempat yang rawan, entah rawan narkoba kita bikin acara disitu, rawan kejahatan konvensional misalnya pencurian dan kita akan galakkan,” pungkas Kapolda Jatim.

Sementara itu beberapa warga yang mengikuti kegiatan “Jumat Curhat” mengucapkan terima kasih.

Bahwa kegiatan ini bisa membantu warga terutama masyarakat pesisir bisa mencurahkan isi hati atau curhat langsung kepada Kapolda Jatim.

“Saya ucapkan terima kasih kepada Pak Kapolda yang telah melaksanakan kegiatan ini. Kami rasa kegiatan ini sangat baik yang bisa menampung aspirasi masyarakat,” ucap Harianto, Ketua RW 4, Kelurahan Kedung Cowek.

Selain itu Ayu Vitasari, Lurah Kedung Cowek, menjelaskan, bahwa kegiatan dari Polda Jatim sangat diperlukan,terutama memberikan layanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat khususnya warga Kedung Cowek.

“Disini kan kebanyakan bekerja sebagai nelayan. Jadi layanan kesehatan yang diberikan ini bisa membantu masyarakat untuk memeriksakan kesehatan mereka, mulai dadi tensi darah, kesehatan penyakit dalam maupun yang lain,” ucap Lurah Kedung Cowek.

“Ini sangat sangat membantu masyarakat, apalagi kan Puskesmas agak jauh. Kadang kadang para nelayan malas untuk memeriksakan kesehatan mereka,” lanjut dia.

Dari kegiatan ini Polda Jatim juga menyiapkan layanan kesehatan, pengobatan umum, Posyandu, pemeriksaan mata, pemeriksaan gigi dan penyakit dalam. (*)

COVID-19 is a contagious disease caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. In January 2020, the disease spread worldwide, resulting in the COVID-19 pandemic.

The symptoms of COVID‑19 can vary but often include fever,[7] fatigue, cough, breathing difficulties, loss of smell, and loss of taste.[8][9][10] Symptoms may begin one to fourteen days after exposure to the virus. At least a third of people who are infected do not develop noticeable symptoms.[11][12] Of those who develop symptoms noticeable enough to be classified as patients, most (81%) develop mild to moderate symptoms (up to mild pneumonia), while 14% develop severe symptoms (dyspnea, hypoxia, or more than 50% lung involvement on imaging), and 5% develop critical symptoms (respiratory failure, shock, or multiorgan dysfunction).[13] Older people have a higher risk of developing severe symptoms. Some complications result in death. Some people continue to experience a range of effects (long COVID) for months or years after infection, and damage to organs has been observed.[14] Multi-year studies on the long-term effects are ongoing.[15]

COVID‑19 transmission occurs when infectious particles are breathed in or come into contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth. The risk is highest when people are in close proximity, but small airborne particles containing the virus can remain suspended in the air and travel over longer distances, particularly indoors. Transmission can also occur when people touch their eyes, nose, or mouth after touching surfaces or objects that have been contaminated by the virus. People remain contagious for up to 20 days and can spread the virus even if they do not develop symptoms.[16]

Testing methods for COVID-19 to detect the virus’s nucleic acid include real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT‑PCR),[17][18] transcription-mediated amplification,[17][18][19] and reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT‑LAMP)[17][18] from a nasopharyngeal swab.[20]

Several COVID-19 vaccines have been approved and distributed in various countries, many of which have initiated mass vaccination campaigns. Other preventive measures include physical or social distancing, quarantining, ventilation of indoor spaces, use of face masks or coverings in public, covering coughs and sneezes, hand washing, and keeping unwashed hands away from the face. While drugs have been developed to inhibit the virus, the primary treatment is still symptomatic, managing the disease through supportive care, isolation, and experimental measures.
