Bondowoso _ Meskipun hujan deras mengguyur Bondowoso, pelaksanaan kunjungan kerja Ketua DPR RI Puan Maharani dan Wamentan (Wakil Menteri Pertanian ) RI Harvik Husnul Qolbi di Ponpes Al Islah Bondowoso berjalan lancar.
Hadir dalam kegiatan itu, Pimpinan Ponpes Al Islah KH Thoha Yusuf Zakaria, Wakapolda Jatim Brigjen Slamet Hadi Supraptoyo, Kapolres Bondowoso AKBP Wimboko SIK, Dandim 0822 Bondowoso, serta ratusan undangan di lapangan depan Masjid Kembar Al Islah Bondowoso – Jawa Timur.
Pimpinan Ponpes Al Islah KH Thoha Yusuf Zakaria dalam sambutannya mengatakan kedatangan Wamentan RI Harvik Husnul Qalbi di Bondowoso tepat nya di Pondok Pesantren Al Islah telah disambut dengan kesejukan.
“Hujan yang turun tadi membawa kesejukan. Alhamdulillah,” kata KH Thoha, kemarin Senin (16/1).
KH Thoha Yusuf Zakaria juga mengucapkan terimakasih atas bantuan pemerintah melalui Wamentan RI bagi peternak dan petani yang ada di Kota Tape ini.
Adapun bantuan berupa benih tanaman pangan (kedele, padi, kacang tanah dan jagung serta kapulaga), sapi dan kambing, cold storage, rumah potong hewan.
“Ini untuk kita semua, kemaslahatan warga Bondowoso,”ungkap KH Thoha Yusuf Zakaria.
Sementara itu Wabup Bondowoso Irwan Bachtiar Rahmat mengatakan Di Bondowoso ini ada produk unggulan selain padi dan tembakau yakni kopi.
Di Bondowoso ada juga demplot penanaman pisang Cavendish 1,8 ha dengan target 200 ha lahan untuk tanam pisang Cavendish, lahan kopi ada 14 rb ha, juga ada sawah untuk padi organik di Desa Lombok dan Desa Pujer.
“Di Bondowoso ini ada produk unggulan selain padi dan tembakau yakni kopi. Semoga dengan kedatangan pak Wamentan ini bisa membantu Bondowoso untuk ekspor kopi Bondowoso keluar negeri, ” katanya.
Kepada wartawan Wamentan RI Harvik Husnul Qolbi menjelaskan disetiap kunjungan kerja di hampir 200 kabupaten dan kota se Indonesia , bahwa pemerintah terus berkarya di sektor pertanian.
Meskipun ada Covid-19 selama dua tahun, sektor pertanian justru meningkat 16 persen.
“Ini berkat kerjasama dengan masyarakat,dan tentu seluruh stake holder termasuk kerja keras TNI Polri dan nakes yang berupaya dalam penaganan Covid-19,” katanya.
Wamentan menyebut pemerintah bertekad untuk mencukupi pangan hampir 300 juta warganya. Juga, munculnya petani baru hingga 4 juta orang.
“Untuk masalah kelangkaan pupuk pada 2022,pihak kementerian pertanian sesuai usulan presiden jokowi akan melakukan identik masalah dan bisa menyalurkan pupuk dengan lebih baik lagi,”pungkas nya.
Ditemui usai mendampingi kunker Ketua DPRI RI dan Wamentan, Wakapolda Jatim Brigjen Pol Slamet Hadi Supraptoyo mengatakan, sudah menjadi kewajiban Polri dalam memberikan layanan pengamanan tamu Negara di wilayah hukum Polda Jawa Timur.
“Polres Bondowoso bersinergi dengan Kodim 0822 Bondowoso dan dinas terkait sudah menerjunkan personel untuk kelancaran kegiatan kunker ini,”kata Brigjen Slamet.
Keterangan senada juga disampaikan Kapolres AKBP Wimboko SIK, bahwa pihaknya sudah melakukan pengamanan kedatangan Wakil Menteri Pertanian RI dengan mengerahkan beberapa personil polri.
